More tokenism on the BBC
Watching MOTD2 fronted by some Scottish bird, and she is absolutely useless.
The programme's shit enough as it is without this kind of pc bullshit.

Toksvig? At least she'd be mildly amusing in a slightly boring lefty fashion.

The BBC take on us is that if the government had not wasted (WASTED) millions of pounds on converting the Olympic Stadium for OUR use, then that money could have been spent on THEM so they didn't have to downsize and move to fucking Manchester.

'64 - Yes, you're absolutely right. Not a word of the team with the best away record in the Prem. Pathetic.

Don't watch Sky, so can't comment.

I have no objection to female presenters. Why would I? But what I object to are Women being given jobs because they're young and attractive, rather than any good at their job.

What I want in sports presenters is knowledge and understanding of the subject, allied to a degree of wit and humour. Qualities that this Scots lass didn't have, or an ability to finish her questions.

I suspect that pretty much all the Sky girls are young-ish auto-cuties, and not seasoned journalists with interviewing skills. Our very own Bianca Westwood excluded.

She's no worse than any of the other anchors on motd.

Sky have had female anchors on the highlights shows for quite some time now, no one's accused them of tokenism afaicr.

Amusement.

PC is a dreadful bore, don't you think? It has pervaded our lives and culture like Sarin. Totally sick of it, now.

I'm not always sure how to take some of your comments Nurse. Are those asterisks supposed to signify irony or sarcasm?
